  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:

We offer several shipping options to ensure your products arrive in the best possible time frame.

  • Standard Shipping (5-9 Business Days).

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on location, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges:

  • We offer free shipping for orders over $80, $9 shipping cost for orders under $80.

4. Shipping to PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses:

We currently do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a valid street address for your order.

5. International Shipping:

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

6. Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order directly on the carrier’s website.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team at support@kickstosole.com immediately, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
  • Kickstosole.com is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by the shipping carrier.

8. Delivery Issues:

If you believe there’s an issue with your delivery, such as an incorrect address or missed delivery, please contact us at support@kickstosole.com as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to address the problem.

9. Changing Shipping Address:

If you need to change the shipping address after your order has been placed, please contact us immediately at support@kickstosole.com. We may be able to update the address before the order ships.

10. Shipping Restrictions:

  • We only ship to addresses within United States.
  • We are unable to ship to international addresses.
