2. Initiate Your Return

  • Navigate to the Order History section and select the order you wish to return.
  • Choose the item(s) you want to return and follow the on-screen instructions to submit a return request.
  • If you made your purchase as a guest, click on the “Return a Product” link at the bottom of the page and provide your order number and email address to proceed.

3. Receive Your Free Return Label

Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive a Free Return Shipping Label via email. The label will be valid for 7 days, so make sure to ship your return within that time frame.

4. Pack Your Item Securely

  • Pack your items in the original packaging or any secure box or envelope.
  • Attach the Free Return Shipping Label to the outside of your package.
  • Make sure the return label is clearly visible and the package is properly sealed.

5. Drop Off Your Package

Take your return package to any local USPS or UPS drop-off location, depending on the return carrier specified in your return label email.

6. Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the return conditions.
  • Upon approval, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • You will receive an email notification once your return has been completed and your refund issued.
