Technivorm Moccamaster KB 741 AO Overview The Technivorm Moccamaster KB 741 offers a simple to operate brewing experience that can produce a full carafe in 4-6 minutes. Water is heated quickly by the unique copper boiling element, maintaining temperatures between 196 and 205 degrees Fahrenheit for an ideal extraction. The cone shaped brew-basket design makes for a 6-minute steep to perfectly saturate the grounds and extract the full complexity, flavor, and aroma from your coffee. While brewing, an ultra-precise pulse action pre-immersion drip-style system allows for the perfect coffee bloom. The KB will brew up to 40 oz of coffee in just 6 minutes, and the built-in hot plate will hold temperatures of either 175 or 185 degrees Fahrenheit at your preference, shutting off automatically after 100 minutes.
