With its colorful easy slip-on silicone sizing disks, this ingenious tool lets you adjust pastry thickness to create uniform pie crusts, pizza crusts, biscuits and more. Roll your dough to any of four different depths, or use without disks as a conventional and very stylish rolling pin. Set includes the 15.5″ long, 2″ diameter wood rolling pin with a built-in pastry width measuring guide, and one each of 1/16″, 1/6″, 1/4″ and 3/8″ thickness sizing disks. Disks are dishwasher safe.
